Our chilli puree

In a crowded chilli sauce market we wanted to produce a product that was stripped back to the bare essentials so you could taste the real flavour and heat of the individual chilli.

Our purée's are made with 100% one type of chilli, so if you buy a Naga you get Naga and nothing else. We want to keep the product a pure as possible.

We use only two ingredients in our purée's, chilli and vinegar, we use vinegar to preserve the chilli and this tends to bring the flavour of the chilli out at the same time as preserving, once preserved we blend to a smooth rich consistency and then jar and label ready to be distributed.

We have won two awards for our chilli, 2 Gold Stars in the Great Taste Awards 2015 for our Scotch Bonnet Purée and a Gold Award in Taste of the West 2016 for our Red Habanero Purée.
